Answer and explanation;
Production of mRNA involves the process of transcription which involves copying of information from DNA, the the process is followed by RNA splicing which involves the removal of non-coding sequence known as introns.
RNA splicing is similar to watching a television show that is on Netflix. That is;

exons or the coding sequences
