Hello from MrBillDoesMath!

Answer:

-5x + y = -7

Discussion:

The standard form of a line looks like this: Ax + By = C

y - 3 = 5(x-2) => 5(x-2) = 5x -10

y -3 = 5x - 10 => add 3 to both sides

y -3 + 3 = 5x - 10 + 3 => as =3 + 3 = 0 and -10 + 3 = -7

y = 5x - 7 => subtract 5x form both sides

y -5x = -7 => rearrange terms

-5x + y = -7

This is Standard from with A = -5, B = 1 and C = -7

Thank you,

MrB
