Obtain the graph of h by adding or subtracting the corresponding y-coordinates on the graphs of f and g in the same rectangular coordinate system. f(x) = 3 sin x, g(x) = sin 2x; h(x) = (f + g)(x)

Given there are two trigonometric functions


f(x) = 3 sinx \\g(x) = sin 2x\\

We have to graph the funciton which is sum of these two


h(x) = 3 sinx +sin 2x

We are asked to graph all the three in one

f(x) is the graph which is vertically dilated graph of sin x by a scale factor of 3. g(x) is the graph which is horizontal shrink by 2 units of y =sinx

BY adding corresponding coordinates we showed the function h(x)
