Answer: The correct answer is A

According to Buddhist beliefs, it is said that suffering is caused by selfish desire.

B is not correct because there are many more unforgivable sins according to Buddhist precepts

C is not correct. Although this used to be a stereotypical belief in India long ago in Buddha's time, it is not a Noble Truth.
