Five inventions of the 19th century :

1890 PLANE CLÉMENT ADER

1) The locomotive was developed and perfected throughout the 19th century during the next century, it would become one of the main means of transportation, not only of people, but of merchandise and products. This means of transport joined large extensions of land as is the case of the US, India or Argentina.

2) Anesthesia was a very important step for medicine and played a transcendental role in humanity, especially during the great wars where it allowed to treat patients without suffering pain.

3) The phone, marked a before and after in the timeline of humanity, this invention opened the door to a whole network of technological development during the twentieth century, this invention was the basis for many inventions of S. XX as being the phones cell phones and the internet.

4) The Automobile, this invention had its apojeo during S XX was developed and improved during this century. This invention changed forever the morphology of modern cities. I also modified the way in which people moved from one place to another, we can say that it was one of the bases for what later would be one of the types of public transportation.

5) The plane, during the twentieth century this invention allowed to unite most countries in the world, was also used for military purposes, but its most important purpose was its development as a means of transport on a global scale, replacing the ship as the main means of transport of people between the different continents.
