Write it down. If you are wanting to get fit, try running half a mile and time how long it takes and then over the next few weeks, repeat and see how much you h ave improved. When it comes to eating healthier, write down what you eat and how much you eat and make sure you try to keep snacks to a minimum. These are just a couple of common personal health goals but, just keep it organized. :)
