Since Brooke wants to become a healthcare administrator, she needs to at least gain a (B) master’s degree level of education, since generally, this educational background is expected from individuals who wish to work in the field of healthcare administration or management.

One of the skills that she also needs to develop is (B) leadership, because she would have to be able to manage the people who will work in the healthcare institution, be it hospitals or government healthcare departments.
