Magnitude of the electric field created by the negative charge is 0.38×10^(-7) N/C.

The electric field is given by the formula

F=qE

here, F is the force, q is the charge, E is the electric field

Plugging the values in the above expression

5.4×10^(-1)=-1.4×10^(-7)×E

E=0.38×10^(-7) N/C
