y-3=-1/4(x-8)
y-3=-1/4x+2

Answer: A is the right answer


Explanation:

y=4x+5

m=-4/-1=4

y-3=-1/4(x-8)

4(y-3)=-x+8

4y-12=-x+8

4y=-x+20

y=-1/4x+5
