Answer:

(0, 6), (2, 7)

y = mx + b

m = (7 - 6)/(2 - 0) = 1/2 = 0.5

b = 6

y = 1/2*x + 6

1/2*x - y = -6

So, answer D is correct. But m is the fraction 1/2 and not 12.
