One may or may not necessarily enjoy their career in any economy, that is a matter of opinion. This section is not a scientifically proven fact like the other pieces of the statement.

People in traditional economies use traditional practices, customs, and beliefs to shape the goods and services produced AND how they distribute those goods and services.
