Rearrange the formula
c^2 = a^2 + b^2 for b

the answer is: B = 1 / (A x C)

first you get rid of the squares, so you have C = A + B

Then you multiply each side by A so you have C x A = B

then you have to get B on the other side, so you need to flip flop A and C around the times sign and put 1 over it.

FInal Answer:

B = 1 / (A x C)
