T is the pendulum's period/time it takes for it to complete a full swing and
L is its length. So


3.27\,\mathrm s=2\pi\sqrt{(1\,\mathrm m)/(g_(\rm Mars))}\implies g_(\rm Mars)\approx3.69\,(\rm m)/(\mathrm s^2)

and the closest answer is B.
