Answer:

C = (2, 3)

Explanation:

The point C is the weighted average of the coordinates of A and B. The weights are the reverse of the ratio numbers.

C = (3A + 2B)/5 = (3(-2, 1) +2(8, 6))/5 = (-6+16, 3+12)/5 = (10, 15)/5

C = (2, 3)
