In order to find X intercept of an equation ,we put y =0

and for Y intercept we put x =0

therefore Y intercept of given equation y = x+7 is

plugging x =0 in the equation ,we get

y = 0 +7 = 7

y = 7 ,Y intercept is 7

For X intercept ,we plug y =0

0 = x+7

x = -7

So X intercept is -7

And Y intercept is 7
