(5(4) - 3)(√4)

(20-3)*2
(17)*2

= 34

For this case we have:

Let two functions, f (x) and g (x), then the composite function of f with g is
(gof) (x) = g [f (x)]

Let:

g (x) = 5x-3\\h (x) = \sqrt x

We want to find
(g_ {0} h) (x)

(g_ {0} h) (x) = g [h (x)] = g (\sqrt x) = 5 \sqrt x -3\\(g_ {0} h) (4) = 5 \sqrt (4) -3 = 5 * 2-3 = 7

Answer:

7
