The correct answer is OSHA.

Occupational Safety and Health Administration ( OSHA ) was created in 1970 with the Occupational Safety and Health Act.

OSHA is an agency under the authority of United States Department of Labor.

The purpose of this organization is to assure safe and healthy working conditions for the working population. It is done by means of enforcing standards at workplaces, providing safety training and safety education and informing the authorities about wrong labor practices.

OSHA's administrator answers to the Secretary of Labor, who is the member of cabinet of the President of the United States.
