Answer:

True

Explanation:

Given that in a sequence general term i.e. nth term is given by

a_(n) =5n+3

To find out the first term and pattern of term and compare with those given

TO find first term put n=1

a=I term = 5+3=8

Hence
a_(1) =8

Let us find
a_(n) =5n+3\\a_(n-1) =5(n-1)+3=5n-2\\a_(n)-a_(n-1) =5\\\\a_(n)=a_(n-1) +5

Hence both the statements are the same.

Or both sequences meant by two different conditions are one and the same
