x = (-b)/(2a)

h(x) = -1(x²) + 0(x) + 3 ⇒ a= -1, b= 0, c= 3

Plug the x-value into the equation to find the y-value of the vertex:

y = -(0)² + 3

= 3

So, the vertex is (0, 3)
