Generally yes, but that's not what they look for when doing drug tests. The main things they look for is stuff like marijuana, meth, cocaine, and stuff like that. If you're smoking, you'll do good on a drug test. But I would suggest that you don't smoke because that can cause lung cancer and kill you. Trust me, my grandma had lung cancer and died smoking.

The urinalysis doesn't actually look for it; it looks for something called cotinine. Cotinine is only created when a person's body has been processing nicotine. If it's present, they know you've been smoking. Cotinine is more stable than nicotine and is, therefore, easier to detect. It typically lasts for two to four days in your system but can last as long as 10 days depending on things like weight and age.
