In the library, 6 students are working on math. Of those 6 students, 2/3 of them are working on fraction. How many students are working on fractions?

Answer:

4 students.

Explanation:

Change the fraction so the denominator is the same as the total number of students.

So to turn 3 to 6, you are gonna have to times 2. You will also times 2 the numerator as well.

2/3 x 2/2 = 4/6

So out of those 6 people, 4 of them are working on fractions.
