Word has a built-in option of a spelling and grammar check option. When we have typos in our sentences, Word highlights them. If it is a spelling mistake, a red line is shown under it, and if it is a grammatical mistake, a green line appears. We can use the option of Spelling and Grammar check found on the Proofing Group of the Review tab to clear all those mistakes.

A document that uses heading styles in Word makes it look more impressive and professional. You are able to maintain consistency throughout your document more so if you want to add a table of contents. Jemima can select one of the several available heading styles located in the styles group of the Home tab to adjust her headings to have the same font
