Explanation:

For this you can't find the area of the circle and multiply by height, now you have to find the curcumpherence and multiply by height to get the side, and then add the area of the circle for the top, and then again for the bottom.


The equation for circumpherence is 2*pi*r (r is the radius)


Diameter is 2*radius, so the radius is 2.


2*pi*2=4pi

4*pi*height is 4*pi*6.5, or 14pi, now add the two surfaces using pi*r^2.

pi*2^2=4pi (two of those is 8pi)

The exact answer is 8pi+14pi, or 22pi units^2

pi is about 3.14, so rounded would be 69units^2
