The four steps of the problem-solving process are:
1) Analysis: Define which is the problem. Understand the problem.
2) Planning: Plan the solution. Ask yourself how are you going to solve the problem.
3) Implementation: Go ahead with the solution you suggested.
4) Reflection: Ask yourself if you answer the question. Check if the answer is accurate, reasonable and figure out if you can work backwards or use another method to get the correct answer.
