Answer:

3±√2

Explanation:

Given quadratic equation is :

x²-6x+7=0

Quadratic formula is :

x=(-b±√b²-4ac)/2a

ax²+bx+c=0 is standard quadratic equation.

Comparing given equation with standard equation,we get

a=1 , b=-6 and c=7

Putting above values in quadratic formula,we get

x=(-(-6)±√(-6)²-4(1)(7))/2(1)

x=(6±√36-28)/2

x=(6±√8)/2

x=(6±2√2)/2

x=2(3±√2)/2

x=3±√2 is the solution of given quadratic equation.
