OCTA = 8.

the perimeter of an OCTAgon is simply the sum of all its sides, we know this one is a regular one, so all sides are equal, if one side is 4.7, then all 8 sides are the same, and therefore its perimeter is simply their sum or just 8*4.7 = 37.6.

\bf \textit{area of a regular polygon}\\\\ A=\cfrac{1}{2}ap~~ \begin{cases} a=apothem\\ p=perimeter\\[-0.5em] \hrulefill\\ a=6.5\\ p=37.6 \end{cases}\implies A=\cfrac{1}{2}(6.5)(37.6)\implies A=122.2
