At what age must a person begin receiving their roth 401(k) payments?

If you retire prior to age 55 or have an old 401(k) plan you will have to wait until age 59 1/2 to take penalty-free distributions. This ability to take penalty-free withdrawals at 55 or 59 1/2 may not always apply to the Roth 401(k) accounts. hope this helps <3
