The answer is Network Hijack Session Hijacking

A TCP (ISN) initial sequence number might not seem important to network security professionals. However, numerous known attacks have used session hijacking to guess ISN of TCP packets. The most famous attack was from one Kevin Mitnick on a Japanese corporation. The attack was referred to as a “TCP sequence prediction attack.”
