Read this excerpt from a blog.

I recently visited the city council’s web page and was startled to discover that the council members are making plans to build a new sports park at Bass Lake. We must do whatever we can to stop this from happening. This area is a popular nesting ground for the Lucy’s warbler, a threatened bird species. Removing trees and changing the landscape of this area will destroy the warblers’ habitat.

The information the blogger uses from a source is the information from the city council's web page stating that the council is making plans to build a new sports park. This is most likely reliable because the city council would be the governing body to decide whether or not a sports park would be built at what is presumably city property at Bass Lake. We don't know what sources the author used for his information about Lucy's warbler, but the question doesn't seem to be asking about that. It only seems to be asking about the research around the sports park on the city council web page. The city council should be considered a reliable source on the topic of their projects.
