1. Heart health and diabetes.

2. Yes there are way to help by exercising and eating healthy, but you have to be strict with them.

3. My family really don’t eat healthy with, but they help in other ways. Like they suggest healthy foods, help by cheering me on, and help me with my exercise.

4. I think our biggest health concern is obesity.

5. I eat healthy foods and try to cut my portion sizes down. I also exercise and try to push myself everyday.

6. I think I would try to go to obesity clinics and tell my story of how I was obese. Tell how eating healthy and exercising changed my life.

7. Media can be good and bad. They tell you should be yourself and not care what people think. That is true to a certain point because you should be happy with yourself, but there is a moment where you say are you actually happy like this? That happened to me and I changed my life around it was a pain but I am so happy that I did. You should be yourself and feel great whichever way you think is best for you.

8. I think I will try to spread my story to people who need that boost to get healthier. Tell them it doesn’t matter what people don’t get healthier because of them do it for you. Cause if you really think about it they don’t matter. All that matters is how you feel.

9. It is important because when you monitor your health you become happier and full of energy. Even after losing 10 pounds you feel better. You can’t really imagine how you feel unless you go through this.

10. My family especially my brother. He gave that boost I needed to actually get on a diet. He was and still is biggest supporter. Help me with what foods I should eat. He helped me with when and how I should work out. He helped me so much and I owe everything to him.
