suppose that b. madurai is commonly collected in freshwater areas near boat harbors and marinas but is haraely found in pristine waters. First, design an experiment that tests an adaptation of b. madurai to some aspect of its environment. In your design, be sure to include a question to test, a hypothesis, and a plan for how you will collect and analyze data.

Since the B. madurai lives in freshwater areas near boat harbors and marinas so it is possible that it developed adaptation for different oxygen concentration.

Question to test: How B.madurai adapts to oxygen concentration?

Hypothesis:B.madurai will rather survive in water with lower oxygen concentration

We propose this hypothesis, because B.madurai lives in water near boat harbors that are contaminated and oxygen depleted rather than in pristine water.

Experiment: Should include aeration devices to control oxygen levels and prove the hypothesis.
