Why is a noble gas different from other elements?

noble gas is different from other elements because it doesn't bother to bond with other elements, noble gas doesn't bond with other elements because it has the the maximum amount of valence electrons in its outer shell.

Because noble gases have full of 8 electron in his external cell.....
