$25.46 is the answer!

5.99×4= 23.96

Think of a quarter pound as an actual quarter. To make a whole you need 4 quarters, but we only need 1 quarter out of those 4 (1/4).

So, 5.99 × 1/4= 1.4975 which rounds to 1.50.

$23.96+1.50= $25.46
