How do you imagine the heart of a person with prolonged high blood pressure might look different from the heart of someone with normal blood pressure?

The person which heart has prolonged high blood pressure is more prone to stroke if he isn't healthy. So there are 2 cases: If a person does sports regularly and lives healthy will have a healthy heart and will survive a high blood pressure, but if it opposite, there's a chance that he will die of stroke, because of unhealthy heart. So, actually we cannot function without a heart. The better it is, the stronger and intelligent we are. It can become better just when we are healthy.
