Plant cells have a cell wall which gives the cell rigidity. This makes the cell form a somewhat rectangular shape. Animal cells on the other hand only have a plasma membrane.

Answer with Explanation

In plant cells, the vacuole is very large, which can take up its more than half of cell’s volume. It stores a large amount of water but in an animal cell it is not very large. Plant cells are not significantly square although they serve to have different points and be slightly rectangular. It possesses a cell wall but the animal cell does not possess a cell wall. It only possesses cell membrane. Plant cell contains chlorophyll but the animal cell does not contain this organelle.
