`(1) : 2y + 2 = 3y - 9 \\ - y + 2 = - 9 \\ - y = - 11\\ y = 11`

We replace y by 11 in the second equation:

`3x + 6 = 11 + 4 \\ 3x + 6 = 15 \\ 3x = 9 \\ x = (9)/(3) = 3`

Then , DR = HW and DH = RW

⇔ y = 11

DH = RW

⇔ 3x + 6 = y + 4

⇔ 3x + 6 = 11 + 4

⇔ 3x + 6 = 15

⇔ 3x = 15 - 6

⇔ 3x = 9

⇔ x = 9/3

⇔ x = 3
