Answer: Logan

Explanation:

Here the given table,

Student : Murray Kris Logan Taylor

Problem : 58 78 84 92

Time(min) : 2 3 3 4

Thus,

The rate of Murray per minute =
(58)/(2) = 29

The rate of Kris per minute =
(78)/(3) = 26

The rate of Logan per minute =
(84)/(3) = 28

The rate of Taylor per minute =
(92)/(4) = 23

Therefore, Only Logan can solve the problem at the rate of 28 per minutes.
