Answer : v = 6.7 m/s

Explanation :

It is given that :

Initial velocity, u = 5 m/s

Acceleration,
a=2\ m/s^2

Distance, s = 5 m

Using equation of motion:

v^2-u^2 =2as

v^2-(5\ m/s)^2=2* 2\ m/s^2* 5\ m

v^2=45\ m/s

v=6.7\ m/s

So, when he reaches the bottom of 5 m slope he is travelling with travelling with 6.7 m/s.
