Briefly explain one difference in the practice of realpolitik by louis napoleon and otto von bismarck.

Bismarck’s realpolitik policies were employed in response to the failed revolutions of 1848 as means to strengthen states and tighten social order.

Napoleon staged a coup and took control of the government, becoming Emperor Napoleon III. In 1852, he restored universal suffrage.
