d. The triangles are not similar because 6/13 ≠ 8/20.

△ABC is similar to △DEF ,If the length of their corresponding sides are proportional.

ie : 6/13 = 8/20 = 10/25

Since , 6÷13 = 0.461538461538 ≠ 0.4 = 8÷20

Then

6/13 ≠ 8/20

Therefore , the triangles are not similar.
