Explanation:

The perpendicular slope of a line is opposite reciprocal to the one given. The one given (count rise over run) is -6/8 (blocks are every 2) So the slope of a perpendicular line will be 8/6

So from the x intercept point of 6 (6,0) count up 8 (count by 2's) and and right 6 (count by 2's) and count down 8 (count by 2's) and left 6 (count by 2's)

connect the points and your line will go through -8 on the y axis which is your y intercept (b)
