We are seeing children diagnosed with Type II diabetes in grade school; what are your thoughts regarding childhood obesity and its link to type II diabetes? How can we, as a nation, realistically prevent childhood obesity?

To prevent childhood obesity realistically, we need to lower the prices of healthy foods (fruits, veggies, salads, etc.) . You can buy a bag of chips for $2 and veggies for $10. Most children do not have the money to buy the more expensive option. We could also introduce more healthy options for school lunches. There are many other options like talking about it in schools and how serious it is

Children are always surrounded by junk food, thats how companies make business is by targeting children. type 11 diabetes is surrounded by the loss of blood sugar in the body, but some people over eat those sugars which affects their physical condition greatly. the nation should do all it can to give out the minimal amount of sugar needed in our bodies to avoid obesity.

I Hope this helps
