Since, in isometry the shape and size does not change after transformation.

In a reflection, rotation and translation the shape and size of a figure is preserved therefore they are isometry while in dilation the size of the figure changes by a scale factor.

( However we get the similar figures after dilation but they are not congruent.)

Therefore, we can not consider dilation an isometry.
