The biggest concern regarding the child would be undetected injuries.

Though there are no major signs of injuries on the body, internal injuries might be present in the child.

In addition, hemophilia adds onto the severity of the internal injuries as the blood is not able to clot easily in this disease.

So, a minor injury (external or internal) could become lethal for a two-year-old child who is suffering from hemophilia.
