This is a simplified version:
During cellular respiration the woman takes in oxygen(made from the plants) and releases carbon dioxide. During photosynthesis the plant take in the carbon dioxide and releases oxygen.

Answer:

Respiration and photosynthesis

Step-by-step explanation:

Considering the fact that all living organisms need energy for their life processes, they must break down organic molecules (glucose) to release the usable form of energy (ATP). This process is called CELLULAR RESPIRATION. A woman is a living organism as well and hence, undergoes this process by combining oxygen and glucose to release energy, water and Carbondioxide (CO2).

Plants, unlike other heterotrophic organisms like humans, are capable of producing their own food. They do this by capturing the energy from sunlight using their unique pigments called CHLOROPHYLL. They then use this captured energy to power the synthesis of organic molecules (glucose) by combining water(H2O) and Carbondioxide (CO2). They take in this CO2 gas via the stomata in their leaves. This process carried out by plants is called PHOTOSYNTHESIS.

In a nutshell, CO2 is released by the woman as a gaseous waste during CELLULAR RESPIRATION while the plants absorbs this CO2 and use it to produce food in a process called PHOTOSYNTHESIS.
