Answer:

No the relationship between these two numbers is not proportional. I know this because for the first option each sub would be delivered at about $6.66 so if were to be proportional when four subs were delivered instead of it being $26 it would be $26.66.

Answer:

The relationship between the number of turkey subs delivered in amount charged is not proportional.

Explanation:

We can say that two variables are called proportional when the ratio between these two variables is constant.

Given,

The amount $20 is charged for 3 turkey subs delivered,

The ratio between number of subs and amount charged =
(3)/(20)

Also, The amount $26 is charged for 4 turkey subs delivered,

The ratio between number of subs and amount charged =
(4)/(26)

Since,
(3)/(20)\\eq (4)/(26)

Hence, the relationship between the number of turkey subs delivered in amount charged is not proportional.
