Answer: Dimensions of rectangle are 12 cm and 28 cm .

Explanation:

Since we have given that

Perimeter of rectangle = 80 cm

Let the length of rectangle be x

Let the width of rectangle would given by

2x+4

According to question,

\text{Perimeter of rectangle}=2(L+B)\\\\80=2(x+2x+4)\\\\(80)/(2)=3x+4\\\\40=3x+4\\\\40-4=3x\\\\36=3x\\\\x=(36)/(3)\\\\x=12\ cm

Hence, Length of rectangle is 12 cm

Width of rectangle be

2x+4=2* 12+4\\\\24+4=28\ cm

Therefore, Dimensions of rectangle are 12 cm and 28 cm .
