Answer:

Boxes that are on the left top and right bottom

Step-by-step explanation:

A high-pressure system is usually defined as the region where there occurs a higher pressure at its center compared to the surrounding areas.

The wind originates from the region of high pressure and moves towards the low pressure in order to stabilize the area. In both the high and low-pressure zone, the path of the winds are opposite to one another.

When a warm and less dense air rises upward, it forms a low-pressure zone. This air then cools at higher atmosphere, as a result of which the air increases in density and eventually sinks down, forming a high-pressure zone.

From the given picture, it can be concluded that the high-pressure region is the boxes that are on the left top portion and right bottom. These are the region of high pressure as in the left top box, the air becomes denser and eventually falls back on the surface forming a high-pressure zone. And the right bottom box, there forms the high-pressure zone because the hot uplifted air falls back over the surface of the ocean as it cools down, and forms a high-pressure zone.
