Explanation:

Find the slope by drawing a triangle connecting two point (in a corner) on the graph:

rise 2 run 3 and it's in a negative direction so the slope is -2/3

a perpendicular slope will have the opposite reciprocal slope which would be 3/2

put the point (2,2) on the line and count down three and to the left two and up three and to the right two (to make the slope positive). Draw the line that will be perpendicular to the given line. It will pass through (0,-1)
