The correct answer is - I, II, and III.

The modern day industrial chicken farms tend to have everything needed in the production process in close proximity. Apart from having a chicken farm, there will also be a grain farm next to it, as it is the food for the chicken. The water is essential for both the chicken to drink and in the processing of them later on, so an access to a waterway will for sure be in place. In order to maximize the profit, the food processing plants will be set in close proximity to the chicken farm itself, so the chicken can be processed and than shipped for sale.
